Live coverage is scheduled to run from 15:15 to 16:15 GMT.
The live feed can be seen on YouTube and Dailymotion and the footage will be posted on the afp.com website.
AFP carried its first live video broadcast in 2012 and on Sunday broadcast live interviews with the laureates at the Cannes Film Festival.
Since the start of 2013, which is set to be a year of significant growth for AFP’s live HD coverage internationally, AFP has already broadcast live feeds of events such as the election of Pope Francis and the funerals of Hugo Chavez and Margaret Thatcher.
