AFP at News Xchange 2023
The 2023 edition of News Xchange, the annual meeting of the international media industry, is currently taking place in Dublin. AFP will take over the emblematic Gravity Bar in Dublin at the Guinness Storehouse on Monday, June 19 from 8 pm for an evening of networking, and will take part in conferences on Tuesday, June 20.
Mehdi Lebouachera, Editor-in-Chief for Asia-Pacific Region at AFP, will join the panel "Global View: News leaders define the key issues facing the industry" at 10 am CET on Tuesday, June 20.
Phil Chetwynd, Global News Director at AFP, will take part in the panel "The Information Frontline: The growing challenge of how to make facts seen and heard against a background of misinformation" at 1.20 pm CET on Tuesday, June 20.
Jean-Marc Mojon, Deputy Global Editor-in-Chief in charge of security coordination at AFP, will join the panel "Protecting Frontline Journalists: How to prepare frontline reporters better, and how to support them when they’re back" at 3.30 pm CET on Tuesday, June 20.
